Mount Pleasant is a 42 acre site of spectacular beauty. With far reaching coastal views, bordering a deep valley with SSSI status, it is in the heart of Cornwall. The park features an amphitheatre built from recycled tyres - please bring cushions and blankets.
How to find it...
Turn off the A30 at the Redruth exit. Follow signs for Porthtowan / Portreath. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles until you come to a t-junction. Turn right at the t-junction towards Porthtowan, and then take first right opposite ‘Porthtowan Tourist Park’. Down lane 400yds is ‘Mount Pleasant Ecological Park’.
