Made in Cornwall Scratch Night

Made in Cornwall Scratch Night

If you’re making performance work and need to test an idea in front of a small audience, then keep reading…

We’re excited to unveil a brand-new collaboration which unites many of our region’s cultural institutions: Made in Cornwall Scratch Nights. It’s Miracle Theatre’s turn to host at The Ladder, Redruth on Tuesday 27th February 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

Brought to you by Hall for Cornwall, AMATA, Carn to Cove, imPOSSIBLE Producing, intoBodmin and Miracle Theatre, the format is simple: you test something new out, audience members discuss the work with each other then provide written feedback to you.

The aim of collaborative working on a Scratch Night culture is to continue and grow work begun by Hall for Cornwall and intoBodmin in establishing a vibrant Scratch culture in Cornwall.

Together we aim to generate a fertile ground and safe space for exploration of and discussion about new work within the artistic community.

Miracle will also be able to offer additional time with a Miracle Director to successful applicants.

Ready to get involved? Simply complete the application form below.  Deadline is Thursday 8th February 9am. Selected artists will be paid a £100 contribution for their time and effort. We can’t wait to hear from you!
