Business & Operations Manager (3-5 days a week)

Are you a finance all-rounder with significant experience and proactive approach to working in a small team? Miracle Theatre is looking for a Business & Operations Manager, who will be the finance heart of our team, also providing operational stability and supporting project-based activities to ensure best practice.

Technical & Production Manager (Part Time, flexible contract)

Are you an experienced technical or production professional with a knack for working collaboratively?  

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Technical & Production Manager to coordinate the technical and production aspects of Miracle’s shows, tours and building. The role will suit a passionate leader who enjoys the challenges of working on small-mid scale productions and wants to help establish Miracle’s production base as a hub for producing theatre in Cornwall.

Are you a passionate arts administrator with a keen eye for detail and proactive approach to work? Miracle Theatre is looking for a Theatre & Event Coordinator who will be the administration heart of our team, providing operational stability and supporting colleagues across the organisation to deliver the best possible productions and events for our audience and artists.
