Lucy’s career in lighting came from a delight in dangling off lighting bars, a love of photography, antipathy for uniforms and authorities, and a need to be around creative people for the world to make some kind of sense.

It’s not what the school careers officer would’ve recommended. But it keeps her sane, kind of.

When not lighting theatre shows in Cornwall, castles in Belgium or giant puppets in Cambodia, Lucy’s learning to be a builder via You Tube, to make up for the dodgy career choice.
