Mandy has wide experience of the creative and cultural industries and has set up and led innovative companies and projects exploring new thinking and innovation, products and services in both the public and private sectors.

She is Founder and Chief Executive of Cinegi, a digital filmed media distribution service. She advises and mentors companies and organisations on areas including business models, strategy, leadership, governance and public and private funding and finance.

She was Founder Director of Golant Media Ventures,an innovation agency for the creative, cultural, digital and public sectors. She also founded 01zero-one in London’s digital heart, Soho, creating a space for collaboration between the converging sectors of the audio-visual and interactive digital media industries.

Mandy has served on the Boards of a range of arts and community organisations. She is a member of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership Creative Industries Task Force.
