This historic, 1000-acre private estate on The Lizard peninsula has been transformed by restoring its environment and converting old or abandoned buildings based on green principles. There are many beautiful footpaths to wander on this historic estate.

Directions: From Helston take the A3083 towards Culdrose and The Lizard. Just past Culdrose, turn left at the mini roundabout onto the B3293 to Goonhilly/St Keverne. Follow the road for about 1.5miles, going down and up a hill, at the top of the hill (Mawgan War Memorial roundabout) take the third exit (do NOT go into Mawgan village) drive past Garras Primary School and just round the corner take the left turn signed to Trelowarren. Do not follow your sat nav as it usually takes you around to Mawgan and not to the entrance drive. Parking available.

The renowned Flora Cafe will be providing a pop-up bar with alcoholic and soft drinks, and nibbles available (olives, crisps). Picnics are encouraged. For those who wish to book a table at The New Yard Restaurant before the show, service starts at 6pm and books up in advance – contact [email protected]
