Based in Cornwall, Miracle has been creating original, compelling theatre for over 45 years, connecting communities across the South West and beyond. As Executive Director, you’ll play a key role in driving sustainability, nurturing partnerships, supporting artists, and championing Miracle’s creative vision. This is an exciting opportunity to help secure a thriving future for one of Cornwall’s leading arts organisations.

We have regular chances for volunteers to be part of our Front of House team at Miracle Theatre shows, where you can have have fun, learn new skills, support Miracle Theatre’s charity work and give back to the community. Are you a student looking to gain experience in the creative industries? We offer a limited number of school, college, and university work experience placements each year. These opportunities provide valuable insight into how a professional touring theatre company operates, with the chance to learn about areas such as production, marketing, stage management, and more.
