Jane Sutherland

Trustee

Since running away from Surrey to Cornwall at an early age, Jane has been a ceramic technician; editor of the only holiday magazine for Cornwall; Retail Manager at Land’s End, Cornwall’s dramatic cliff top visitor attraction; Marketing Manager for Kneehigh Theatre; and, since 2001, Director of Creative Skills, based at Krowji.

She has a BA in Humanities and an MA in 20th Century Art and Design – Histories and Theories; as a result of which she knows many interesting facts about the Bloomsbury Group, and in particular Vanessa Bell.

Jane is a governor of Plymouth College of Art and an external trustee of FXU – Falmouth and Exeter University Student Union.
