Angus has performed in several Miracle productions including the title roles Hamlet & Quasimodo and most recently Vladimir in Waiting for Godot.
As a writer he was commissioned to write the first Miracle Grow production, ZONK FM, which was his debut play.
Angus trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and the Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre.
Other theatre work includes Throats (Dry Opera Company/Brazilian Tour), Bouncers (New Vic Theatre, Stoke), Animal Farm, Friar Tuck in Robin Hood and Macduff in Macbeth (all for Creation Theatre, Oxford), The Giant and King in Jack and the Beanstalk (Wish Theatre Limited), The Fiend in Terror 2005 (Union Theatre, Southwark). Treasure Island, Merchant of Venice and the role of Jacob Marley in A Christmas Carol (Palace Theatre, Westcliff) all directed by Roy Marsden, Wuthering Heights (The Good Company) directed by Sue Pomeroy, Back to Methuselah (Edinburgh), the title role in Macbeth (White Horse Theatre / European Tour), Greek and Midsummer Night’s Dream (Glasgow).
